Ready-To-Ship Products

1. Timeline and Process for Return of Ready-to-Ship products:

Please contact Shaadilogy within twelve hours of delivery of the product by emailing support.store@shaadilogy.com with the subject line “Return Request”, clearly stating the reason for return in detail.

Possible reasons for return:

i.        Manufacturing defect

ii.        Product received is not what was ordered

If you are returning the product for any of the reasons specified above, Shaadilogy’s merchandizing team will inspect the product and if your claim is found to be valid, Shaadilogy will attempt to make arrangements to rectify the product or replace it with a new product. However, if your claim is valid and it is not possible to rectify or replace the product, Shaadilogy will issue a store credit equivalent in value to the selling price of the product, to be redeemed by you within six months from the date of issue. The store credit will expire after six months from the date of issue.

Shaadilogy will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, and delivered to the Shaadilogy office for inspection and further action (if any). For addresses outside India, please arrange for the product to be shipped to Shaadilogy. If your reason for return is found to be valid, Shaadilogy will reimburse the shipping charges incurred by you.

2. Exchange Policy for Ready-to-Ship products

Although Shaadilogy cannot provide refunds against sold products, we may accept return of sold product in exchange of store credit of a value equivalent to the selling price of the product.

In case you wish to return a Ready-to-Ship product for any reason other than i and ii  (Possible reasons for return) above, a store credit equivalent to the selling price will be issued to you which can be redeemed on shaadilogy.com within a period of six months from the date of issuance of the store credit. The store credit will expire six months after the date of issue. Shipping charges will apply for shipping addresses outside India.

 Made-To-Measure and Made-To-Order Products

1. Timeline, Process and Validity of Return Requests

Products that are Made-to-Order or customized (Made-to-Measure) cannot be returned for any reason other than:

i.        Manufacturing defect

ii.        Product received is not what was ordered

Shaadilogy can only consider return requests if an email notification to this effect is sent by the buyer within twelve hours of delivery of the product. Please email support.store@shaadilogy.com with the subject line “Return Request”, clearly stating the reason for return.

Shaadilogy will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, and delivered to the Shaadilogy office for inspection and further action (if any). Return requests will only be entertained if Shaadilogy, at its sole discretion, finds the claim to be valid. For addresses outside India, please arrange for the product to be shipped to Shaadilogy. If your reason for return is found to be valid, Shaadilogy will reimburse the shipping charges incurred by you.

2. Exchange Policy for Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order Products:

For Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure products, exchanges are not possible. However, if Shaadilogy, at its sole discretion, finds the reason for return to be valid, and is unable rectify or replace the product, Shaadilogy will issue a store credit equivalent in value to the selling price of the product to be redeemed by the you on shaadilogy.com within six months from the date of issue.

3. Apparel purchased during a sale cannot be returned

Note: Shaadilogy can only consider return and/or exchange requests for products that are in an unused, unwashed state, with all the tags intact.
